The maths at a typical spend: £2,800 a month at the ~£35 average buys about 80 leads. At £20 a lead, those same 80 cost £1,600 — roughly £1,200 a month freed, against a £950 fee.

And it compounds: the landing-page and account work keeps lowering that cost long after month one. Cheaper leads make scaling affordable — and the fee stays flat as you grow, so it becomes a smaller share of the account every month.

Where the numbers come from: the ~£35 is our conservative UK service-business framing of LocaliQ's 2026 cross-industry search averages — CPL ≈ $66.69 (about £50) at an 8.18% conversion rate. The £20 is where our featured accounts run: £14.77 and £20.17 per lead (live account data, anonymised).

What the first ninety days look like

The fee buys work, so here is the work, month by month. And because there are no contracts past month three, this is also the window in which we have to earn month four.

  1. Month one — the audit-led rebuild. The 12-Point Audit becomes the worklist. Conversion tracking gets fixed first, because until the account records real enquiries every other decision is guesswork. Then the rebuild: match types tightened, negative keywords in, spend moved to where the enquiries already come from, and the first landing pages built to match the ads they answer.
  2. Month two — search-term discipline, and pages. The weekly sweeps settle into a rhythm: every search you paid for is read by a person, and the ones that will never become work are blocked before they cost you again. More landing pages go live — one per ad group wherever the spend justifies it. Your first monthly notes arrive in writing: what changed, what it cost, what it produced.
  3. Month three — the view from month three. By now the account has enough clean data to show what an enquiry actually costs you, measured by tracking you can trust. That number is the honest test of the fee. We do not promise in advance what it will be — no agency controls your market, your prices or your competitors — but you will know it, in writing, and month four is your decision, not a contract's.

Already with an agency? Switching is smaller than it feels.

The fear that keeps businesses inside underperforming retainers is losing the account, its history, or a month of enquiries during the move. None of those has to happen.

Your account stays yours — we work in it; you own it, always.

Nothing pauses — history, ads and learning keep running through handover.

Handover takes a day — one access grant; no rebuild unless something is broken.

We have done this before. One of our featured accounts — £32 down to £14.77 a lead at a 16.44% conversion rate — was taken over from a previous agency. Same account, same history, different hands (live account data, 14 days, anonymised).

Who this pricing works for

A flat fee only makes sense at a spend where the fee can pay for itself. We are plain about where that line sits.

Spending £1,000–£7,500 a month on clicksThis is who the pricing was built for. At this size the worked maths above applies: the waste a senior marketer removes has a realistic chance of covering the fee and more, and the landing-page work keeps compounding it. Most of our book sits in this band.

Spending under £1,000 a monthWe will not take a £950 fee off the back of a £600 click budget — the maths does not work and we would rather say so here than after you have signed. The audit still stands, free, and the findings will tell you honestly whether to raise the budget, fix the site first, or hold off.

Pricing questions

How much does a Google Ads agency cost in the UK?

Many agencies price as a percentage of your click spend, so the fee climbs as your budget does. Ours is flat: from £950 a month, whatever the account grows to, with your click budget paid straight to Google from your own billing. The honest answer to "what does it cost" is always both numbers together — fee plus clicks — which is why the worked example above prices £2,800 of clicks against a £950 fee.

Why "from" £950 — what moves the price?

Workload. A single-location service business on one campaign sits at £950. More locations, more campaigns or more landing pages mean more hours, and the fee reflects that. Some verticals also carry structurally heavier work — Google Ads for law firms starts from £1,200 a month, because claim-level click prices make search-term policing a much bigger job. You get your exact figure in writing before anything starts, and it does not change without your agreement.

What is not included in the fee?

Your click budget, which goes directly to Google from your own billing — we never handle it. Beyond that, we do Google Ads and the landing pages the ads point at, and nothing else: no SEO, no social media, no email retainers quietly added to the invoice. If you need something we do not do, we say so and you keep your money.

Is there a contract?

Months one to three, then nothing — the arrangement rolls monthly and you can stop whenever it stops making sense. The first three months exist because the rebuild — audit fixes, tracking, landing pages — is front-loaded work. After that, the account and all its history are yours whatever you decide.

Do I pay for the audit if I decide not to sign up?

No. The 12-Point Wasted-Spend Audit is free, built from your live account through read-only access, and the written findings arrive within 48 hours. They are yours either way — take them to another agency, fix things in-house, or do nothing at all.

What results do you guarantee for the fee?

None, and we would be careful of anyone who does — no agency controls your market, your prices or your close rate. What we publish instead is what our accounts actually do: £191K of client spend, 10.6K conversions at £17.95 each and a 16–17% conversion rate in an average month across all three desks (live account data, anonymised). The audit tells you what your account should be doing before any fee is on the table.
