What we collect

If you request the 12-Point Audit we collect what you give us on the form: your name, an email address or phone number, your company website if you add it, and your monthly ad spend band. If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp we hold the details you share in that conversation. This site sets no advertising cookies.

Why we collect it, and how long we keep it

We use these details for one purpose: to run the audit you asked for and talk to you about it (legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract). If you become a client, details move into our client records. If you don’t, we delete enquiry data within 12 months.

Account access

Audits are run with read-only viewer access to your Google Ads account, granted by you and revocable by you at any time. We change nothing during an audit.

Sharing

We don’t sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. Data sits with the providers we use to run the business (email, forms, hosting), each under their own GDPR terms.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, correction, or deletion at any time — call or WhatsApp 07588 424030, or write to the registered office above. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
